Welcome to Nexstory. By using our website, mobile app, and services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nexstory.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

2. Accounts & subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscriptions are managed via Google Play. Payments are processed by Google, and refunds are subject to their policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User content

You may post reviews, notes, or other content. By doing so, you grant Nexstory a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote that content within the service. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

Share your account with others or resell access.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on others' rights.

5. Intellectual property

All content on Nexstory (except user-submitted content) is owned by Nexstory or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Nexstory is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
